What Does the Warranty Conditions Cover?

The warranty of our average products is 2 years. All of the products offered for sale on our site are under the warranty of Turuncu Mobilya. Turuncu Mobilya determines the warranty period, warranty content and conditions of the products. In case of malfunction of the purchased products, we will notify you with the product invoice or sales form and explain the reason for the malfunction. The product sent to us must be sent with an information note stating that it is valid. After the product sent to us is delivered to our production service, it is tested taking into account the fault you have specified. The fault of the product must be confirmed by our relevant warranty provider production service.

If no malfunction is detected by the warranty provider, the product is returned to the customer in the same condition. If it is determined by the warranty provider that the malfunction is not covered by the warranty, the product is either returned to the customer or a repair is carried out for a fee by obtaining approval from the customer. Warranty provider The product, which is determined to be defective and under warranty, is processed for repair. The legal period for repair is a maximum of 30 business days. If the repair occurs within this period, the product is sent back to the customer as repaired. If the product cannot be repaired within this period or the product cannot be repaired in any way. If the new one is in stock, it is exchanged one to one and sent back to the customer. If the stock status is not suitable, the product owner is contacted and either the product is returned or, with the customer's approval, it is replaced with an equivalent or similar product and sent to the product owner.
